Terms & Conditions
Madrid Complutense
Once we have made the payment to the University, it is not possible to get a refund in case of a cancelation.
Refunds and changes can be made,with the same terms and conditions applicable as those for Accommodation and Airport Pick-up (see terms and conditions).
Malaga University
Deposit
The deposit for courses at Malaga University is 200€ or 30% of the total course FEE which ever is the highest.

Malaga Plus
Refunds can be made, with the same terms and conditions applicable as those for Accommodation and Airport Pick-up (see terms and conditions).
Changes
There is a 75€ administration fee for all changes made 1-14 days before arrival.
Seasonal Surcharge
There is a per-week Seasonal Surcharge of 25€ in Mid and 50€ High Season per week for accommodation.
Malaca Instituto
Refunds can be made on the same conditions as refunds and changes regarding Accommodation and Airport pickup (see terms and conditions).
Enrolment Fee
Malaca Instituto charge an enrolment fee of 67€, which is not included in the course fee.
Granada University
Deposit
The deposit for courses at Granada University is 200€ for the 2-4 week courses, 385€ for the 10 week intensive course and 395€ per semester for the Hispanic Studies and Language and Culture Courses.
Changes
During the first seven days of any course, students may request changes in or withdrawal from their chosen subjects or groups in writing to the Director's Office, stating and justifying their reasons. Only exceptional circumstances will be considered and the Director's decision will be final. After this time, no changes may be made under any circumstances.
Other terms & Conditions
The Hispanic Studies Course and Spanish Language and Culture Course require that students have previous knowledge of the Spanish language. Thus, the student must pass the mandatory entrance test, considered an essential entrance requirement. Students who fail the test for the Hispanic Studies or the Spanish Language and Culture Course may then enrol in another course. Transfer of the application fee to another course is only permitted in exceptional circumstances, and at least one week before the beginning of the course by filling out the relevant form and paying the cost of the transfer. This is also, the case with the Hispanic Studies Course or Spanish Language and Culture Course, when a student has not succeeded in the mandatory test.
Salamanca University

Changes in enrolment
There is a 30€ charge for administration costs due to changes in course and/or starting date.

Refunds
Up to 20 days before arrival, 100% of course fee will be refunded, less the deposit.
No refund is given for cancellations made 20 days or less before arrival.

Refunds can be made on the same conditions as refunds and changes regarding Accommodation and Airport pickup (see terms and conditions).
Changes in enrolment
There is a 75€ charge for administration costs for each change (accumulative) of course, starting date, city, etc. when changing after the original reservation.
Enrolment Fee
Don Quijote charges an enrolment fee of 95€, which is not deducted from the course fee.

Enforex charges an enrolment fee of 65€, which is not deducted from the course fee.
Sampere (All schools)
Refunds and changes can be made, with the same terms and conditions applicable as those for Accommodation and Airport Pick-up (see terms and conditions).

Sampere charges an enrolment fee of 35€ (for durations less than 5 weeks), which is not deducted from the course fee.
