Pamplona Learning Institute is the Enforex/Don Quijote partner school in northern Spain's beautiful Pamplona. The school was established with the collaboration of Clen College, which has provided language instruction in Pamplona for over 15 years; Navarre's local government, which actively promotes its region as a destination for Spanish language studies; and Mr. Declan Millar, the director of High Schools International, which arranges exchange programs with American, Australian, British, Canadian and Irish educational systems.

The school boasts two facilities in Pamplona: the main school in the heart of the city and a training center located in an old factory building renovated by the Institute. The main school is housed in a historical building and enjoys seven classrooms, a resource center and library, a movie and multimedia room, an auditorium, and a café and restaurant. WiFi Internet is freely available to students throughout the building. The training center holds five classrooms, a social area, and a resource center with library, film room and multimedia room.
