Malaga Plus is medium sized private school, which is affiliated with the international language organization Idiomas Plus. The Malaga Plus school was opened in 1986, to the east of Malaga about 3 km from the centre.

The long experience Malaga Plus has in teaching Spanish for foreigners has been used to constantly improve the form of teaching and the teachers all have a university degree in Philology and teaching experience.

In Malaga Plus there are students from all over the world with the majority from Europe and the USA and with an average age of between 25-28 years old.

Although the school is located on the outskirts of Malaga, the city center is within easy reach, only 10 minutes away by bus. The location of the school is the old village of Pedregalejo (originally a fisherman village and now a residential area) and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The premises of the school consist of 4 typical Andalusian houses with a roof terrace and gardens (to enjoy the sun all year around). The school also has a little cafeteria, TV/video room, a library/study room and internet access room with 20 computers. The location of the school encourages sport and beach activities, but other activities like cultural activities (i.e. trips to museums or flamenco dancing) and conversation exchange with native Spanish students are also an important part of the program. Another very important element at Malaga Plus is having fun and going out at night; the school even has its own bar where all types of 'fiestas' are frequently arranged.
