Malaga is located in southern Spain and is the biggest coastal city of Andalusia with a population of 600,000. The city lies on the popular "Sun Coast" (Costa del Sol) and enjoys more than 320 days of sun and per year, as well as year-round average temperatures of 23º C (74º F). Malaga is within proximity to Sevilla and Granada, and within its own province (also called Malaga) there are tourist attractions of all kinds, from the Caves of Nerja (5 million year-old stalagmite caverns) to donkey riding in Mijas. For those who want to get further away, Morocco is only a boat ride away (ferries leave from the city's harbor).
