The Speakeasy Language School was founded in the year 2001 and is completely committed to being the best Spanish Language School throughout Spain. All the teaching staff at the school are native Spanish speaking and offer an exceptionally high quality of teaching.

The school has proved that it is able to offer a high standard of Spanish teaching whilst still maintaining fair and manageable prices. Teachers at the language school are evaluated on a constant basis to ensure their level of teaching is to the highest quality and the school prides itself on its ability to be able to listen and act upon their student's suggestions.

There are 9 spacious and totally air-conditioned classrooms within the establishment and the Speakeasy Language School welcomes approximately 800 individual students each and every year. Modern AV equipment is available for use if required.

The school's location is perfect as it boasts a central spot in the city of Barcelona, it is near Plaza Catalunya and totally surrounded by eating places and modern shops and has access to 3 Metro stations and approximately 25 bus routes.

Students attending the school come from worldwide destinations and on an average there are between 5-6 different nationalities within a classroom with the approximate age of 25 years, normally there will be a range of ages in a class. The language school's teaching method is an immersion process which means all the teaching and textbooks are in Spanish, there is free internet access in the school's 'net-cafe' which contains 4 computers.
